A separate entrance gives access to the two-room granny flat in a private house. The flat has approx. 56 square metres of living space and consists of a living/dining area with a sofa bed and a recliner, as well as a separate bedroom with two additional sleeping places. The flat has a kitchen/pantry with a two-burner stove, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. Wi-Fi is also available at no extra cost! There is a flat-screen TV in both the living area and the bedroom. The flat is self-catering! We are happy to provide bed linen and towels on request, which are included in the price (for stays of 5 nights or more). A south-west facing terrace with garden furniture invites you to stay and relax. A barbecue is available.

This is a non-smoking flat; smoking is of course permitted on the terrace and in the garden. Small pets are only allowed on request. Here you are very close to nature (in summer you can see horses, deer and hares behind the house) and yet you can reach the centre of Hamburg very quickly. Supermarkets such as ALDI, EDEKA and BUDNIKOWSKI are within 2 km. Covered parking space/carport (2 metres from the house entrance).
